Photo usage- Website- Free Licence
If you wish to licence image(s) or photo(s) free of charge please fill out the form indicating acceptance of the terms below and I will send you the appropriate licence.
Permission to use photo(s) free of charge on a website is granted only if (Whizzyfingers Photography) is credited correctly for the photo(s), either in the photo description, caption or in bold text at the beginning or end of any article the photo(s) are associated with.
All images are copyrighted. You are not allowed to alter, crop or remove any copyright messages or watermarks. You are not allowed to enhance, colour, add filters or textures, edit or change any visual aspect of the photo(s) without permission.
The licence to use is non-transferable to any other website, company or individual, whether private or commercial. The licence is valid for one year and automatically renewed unless these terms are breached in which case it is automatically revoked. If revoked you will have 28 days to remove the photos from any sites under your control.
Failure to adhere to these terms will render the licence to use invalid and any use subject to normal NUJ rates.
